Because of its particular architecture, our museum is not fully accessible, but visits can be individually coordinated. A wheelchair is available. For advance information, please call +49–40–82 60 85.
Tickets
Students, the unemployed, people in voluntary or military service, disabled people, members of the Deutscher Museumsbund, holders of the art-card, NDR Kultur Karte and Brigitte & Ich-Karte are entitled to reduced admission.
Free admission to members of the press, students of art history, students at the HfBK, HAW (design) and HCU (architecture) Hamburg, members of the Verband Deutscher Kunsthistoriker, staff of Hamburg museums, ICOM, BBK and IGBK cardholders.

Please note that larger bags and luggage may not be taken into the exhibition. Our storage capacity is quickly taken up during busy periods. Animals are not allowed in the museum.
